A - The public will have an opportunity to participate through attendance at a Public Consultation Centre (PCC) that will be scheduled as the Amendment to the EA proceeds. A separate notice will be issued advising the date, time and location of the PCC. |

How will I know when the next Public Consultation is going to be held? A – When a consultation centre has been scheduled, the date, time and location will be posted on the website and can be accessed by clicking on the heading Upcoming Events. If you are on the study mailing list a Notice of Public Consultation Centre will be mailed directly to you. A notice will also be advertised in the local newspaper prior to the consultation centre. |

How can I be added to the study mailing list? A – You can be added to the study mailing list by contacting the York Region Project Manager, the Consultant Program Manager or by using the site email by clicking on the heading Do You Have a Question or Comment. |

Is the City of Toronto participating in the study? A – The City of Toronto is participating as a member of the Technical Advisory Committee (TAC). Prior to the Public Consultation Centre and submission of the Amended EA, theTAC will review the material and provide input. |

will the study be completed? A – The Amended EA is expected to be completed in early 2010. |
